No. 22/100 100-word short stories for my 100 follower celebration!
Some say the Edge of Insanity makes you…well, insane. But for me, it was different. I looked out over the harsh, ragged edge of our decimated planet and gazed into the infiniteness of space. I tried to count all of the stars in my vision but stopped at thirty, as I could have sworn that more were popping up moment by moment.
I touched the strap on my chest that anchored the gravity pack to my back. Part of me wanted to unlatch it and simply float away from all my troubles…but I still had promises to keep.
